HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days. After dispatch, delivery times vary depending on your location and the product ordered. As some products may ship directly from our fulfilment partners overseas, standard delivery may take 7–15 business days, with some international orders taking longer.


DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes, we offer shipping to selected international locations. Shipping availability, cost and delivery time are calculated at checkout and may vary depending on the destination and product ordered.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We offer a 30-day return window for items that are unused and in their original packaging. Return shipping is at the customer’s expense for change-of-mind returns.

If your item arrives damaged, faulty or not functioning as intended, please contact us as soon as possible so we can help arrange a refund, replacement or suitable solution in line with Australian Consumer Law.
